Mandatory Operational Policies (ADS)

The ADS sets USAID’s mandatory operational policies. ADS 204 (“Environmental Procedures”) sets out many core environmental compliance requirements . But because environmental compliance is a life-of-project process (see Life of Project Compliance & ESDM for overview), environmental compliance is mainstreamed throughout the ADS, as summarized by the table below:
